We invite you to apply to participate in the 3rd Annual Roanoke Roundup, which will be held on May 5, 2018 from 10:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M.

Vendor Information

Please read through the information in the box below before filling out the form.

  1. Due to the limited number of available booths, the Roanoke Roundup Vendor Committee will select vendors from applications received by April 6, 2018. This deadline is strictly adhered to. Late applications are subject to an additional $25 fee.

  2. Incomplete applications are not accepted.

  3. Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance or placement. The Roanoke Roundup Committee allocates a limited number of booth spaces for non- retail type vendors. Event officials reserve the right to select or reject vendors.

  4. All applicants will be notified by mail or email of acceptance or non-acceptance. Checks and photos are returned to applicants not selected.

  5. If selected as a festival vendor, a letter will be sent out by April 20, 2018 with booth assignment and setup instructions.

  6. Festival vendors may begin set up on Saturday, May 5 at 7:00 A.M. Only one vehicle per vendor booth will be allowed into the event parking lot. This time should be used ONLY to unload your vehicle and place items in your vendor booth. All vehicles must exit the parking lot by 7:45AM and park in the designated vendor area. Switching or moving vendor booths is not permitted for any reason.

  7. Vendors are required to stay open throughout the day, from 10:00AM to 10:00PM, until event closing time in the evening. A penalty will be accessed for closing and/or vacating event early.

  8. Movement of street barricades could result in expulsion from the event and/or a fine.

  9. The Roanoke Roundup is an outdoor event and no refunds will be given for inclement weather. The Roanoke Roundup is rain or shine.

  10. Vendors can select from a 10’ x 10’ or 10’ x 20’ covered booth. One 6’ table and two chairs will be included with booth. One electrical outlet is provided (110 volts). Additional power is available for a fee of $100. Special electricity requests may be accommodated for an additional fee.

  11. Vendors must supply their own extension cords, lighting and cord coverings.

  12. Vendors shall provide any additional booth decorations. All sale and display items must be contained within booth area.

  13. You and/or your representative must be present at your assigned booth during event hours.

  14. The City of Roanoke does not assume responsibility for damage or theft of your property.

  15. Vendors are responsible for submitting all applicable taxes directly to the proper agency.

  16. Pets are permitted, but must be on a leash at all times.
